This give students an overview of what is expected from them during the course period.

By using an open e-portfolio in a transparent way students’ assignments are presented for both other students and teachers to read and comment on.

This creates an open learning atmosphere which increases learning opportunities for everyone.

Portfolio assessment tasks given during the course are important steps towards the final assignment. From task feedback during the process of learning students can improve their work.
